Photographer’s Note
The picture was taken in a very nice cafeterie on one of the top floors of the Tour Montparnasse. The weather was rather strange, the sun was already setting, but still giving enough light to clear up the bottom of the sky charged with rainy clouds. The spot-lights of the room are reflected in the window and it gives an impression like seeing the stars.
The view is always breathtaking, and curiously less known when comparing it with the number of visitors cueing for the Eiffel-tower.
The 56-floored tower is 210 m high and contains several shops on the ground floors, offices, cafeterias and a luxury restaurant on the top.

Hello,
Very fun photo with first a nice top landscape view of Paris thanks to the storm sky this day and second for the funny light reflections in the clouds coming from the floor.
An original shot,
Yves.

Hello Eszter,
Welcome to TE! This is a very nice and different view from Paris. I like the combination of the wonderful street view, the dramatic clouds, and the lights reflecting in the window. They all come together really well! It was creative of you to use the lights this way. :-)

A beautiful day for a picture, Eszter! Yes, sun would be boring for a shot like this, but yours has drama and life. Nice clarity and contrast in the "earth" part of the picture. The heavy clouds almost (but not quite) make Paris seem small and insignificant. Regards, Ken.

Excellent image, from a bird's eye view, detailed sharpness of city, the rain mist over the Eiffel Tower, and a bonus the stars or maybe UFOs? Congratulations.
