Photographer’s Note

Hello folks.

From my 2005 archive; this photo is from a car show held every Wednesday evening during the summer in the city of Oskarshamn.
I saw this young boy looking interested under the hood of this car. It is a Mercedes 300SE convertible 1963.
A nice restoration seems to be done as all parts look as if they are new.

In this WS there is a view of the rear end of the car. And in this WS there is another POV.

Definitely some different horse powers in this picture! But I assume that the little boy will keep his own horse for a long time before he can upgrade to the Mercedes! He brings a lot of colours to your composition!

Hello Per,
a nice image of the youth looking for his future. The little horse (zebra?) under his arm is so tender.. Very well the contrast between the cool metal and the warm orange of the child.
