Photographer’s Note
In the beautiful are around the Krya Springs in Livadia you can see some beautiful buildings, signs of an early "industrial" era in Greece -there was no "late" industrial era in Greece since then :-))), old factories, storehouses, watermills that took once upon a time advantage of the power of water running in the river crossing the town.
Here you can see an old watermill, that nowadays is a beautiful cafe-restaurant.
ABOUT THE PHOTO
Lowered manually the ISO to 50, used a small aperture (f/22), a circular polarizer, an ND-4 (2-stop down) filter and a tripod for a slow shutter speed. In WORKSHOP, a diferent take with faster shutter speed.

Hi Hercules
An excellent shot that is well composed with the waterfall on a diagonal. The slow shutter speed is a nice effect here especially since it is a fairly gentle waterfall.

looking the fountain and the water effect, it's great, i like the result and the colours,
but looking around, i see some grass with unnatural green and some redish tones a bit exagerated
mixed feelings about this one, but the final impression is good thanks to the water effect

i love effect of long exposure on water flow, and this is one of the bests imo. although i think colors are oversaturated, mosses covering the rocks and dead leaves still look so real that i can touch them... i can even get wet by the water curtain...
congrats irakli,

a remarkable tranparant curtain due to the log aperture time.

Kalispera Hercules.

Hello Hercules,
This is a fascinating shot, with remarkable detail. There is an effect of another landscape in the panels behind the falling water.
Best wishes for a very Happy New Year....Maggie
