School at Tsarang Ghompa Photo

Photographer’s Note

I was arrived at Tsarang at 4 pm. I went to the Ghompa and one of the monk escorted me to the small school inside the monastery. The children are working with seriousness and energy. The teacher, a young monk coming from Ghurka region, asked me to teach some english sentence to the pupils. English is not my language, but I tried to teach them colours through an old song of Donovan...

You start with a great shot of these very young novices learning in the school.
I like the composition with the boy`s poses and concentrated expressions.
In a few days I`ll be in India and I want to visit some schools,too.

bienvenue sur TE,tu as choisi pour ça une très belle et interessante photo!Couleurs et lumères sont superbes,ainsi que la façon dont tu as cadré la scène!J'étais entrée dans une classe,il y 19 ans,je vois que les conditions n'ont pas évolué!J'adore le fait que l'instituteur t'aie demandé de leur donner une leçon d'anglais,et que tu aies su si bien improviser!J'attend la suite avec impatience!
