Photographer’s Note
Phan Rang, about 150 km way up north of Phan Thiet, is the homeland of Cham people believing in Lord Shiva of Hinduism, one of the 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam. Women of Cham people wear their traditional cloths on festival days that are very clolorful and bright, are very well harmonized with the sand dune.
There is some Hindu relics like the one in Da Nang and Mi Son of Central Vietnam.

Absolutely fantastic shot Mr.Lee, a delight to watch. The framing is excellent & like how the shadows elongate as we move from the right to the left. The light pastel hues of the dunes create a fine backdrop. I did not know about sanddunes in Vietnam. Excellent work, my compliments!

Nice shot.
Great composition and lighting. I don't like the really light parts of the sand but hey, you can't have everything.
Great work

Hi JS,
Very good composition using perfectly the shapes of the dune to drive the women in the diagonale and evidence the colors of their suits on this ivory background.

Hi JS,
What a magical moment! Those bright costumes really stand out against pale sand tones. And the shadows make a perfect line up lengthening from right to left as the curve of dune changes.

Hi JS,
A superb image with simple composition and background. The woman have been captured at a good angle....walking downwards at an angle, which enhances the image. I must say that all the woman look so well dressed with a nice mixture of pale and bright colours. What really adds impact to the photo, are the shadows of differing lengths. Very well done.
Cheers Grant

Hi
A superb graphic composition, with a strong management of the light, well contrasted and saturated colors. I love the dalton style shadows also, and the surprising regularity of the space between the girls. Bravo!

This is an amazing shot. The expanse of sand is home to the shadows and real life in gorgeous contrasting bright colors. I also like how the shadows get longer and longer - awesome. TFs. Gerald
