Hey Kumar,
This is a beautiful and pleasent portrait of the girl. What I like here is her comfortable composure, welcoming the lens (or you) with a genuine smile, maybe a bit shy. The second element that do this picture is the light; the spots of stray light ray hitting the wall behind the subject both isolate her from the wall as well as creating a play of colors and enhances the texture of the wall. Composing speaking, the frame is just perfect, centered and balanced all sides.
Marvelous job!

Hi Kumar, This is a very nice portrait of the little girl with a smile. I also realize that you like clicking kids, who are a difficult subject as they do not understand the camera or they are too shy; but you seems to have master this problem.
Coming to this picture, very well composed and easy posture for the girl with dramatic background light. But everything looks placed and planned for the photo, I mean you could have got a spontaneous shot for the girl or a close up would have made it look more natural. Here the girl seems to get little confused on which leg to put up.
But I must admit that you are a good lenseman who share lot of good portraits from India...showcasing the most beautiful things in the country, that is it's people. Cheers
