Photographer’s Note

This was taken at North Durras Lakes. It is about 250km south of sydney and 10km north of Bateman's Bay. We went on a family holiday there recently and saw these lovely little birds - apparently there numbers dwindle, but they are still around if you look.

beautiful image of this small bird, almost a macro photo. The perfect sharp allows us to admire the stupendous colors of the feathers and the exact dimension of the bird. You have done a good work, compliment!
