Hello Yan,
Just checking on what others are posting with 5D Mk II. Why not higher f number with tripod? The top is slightly cut. No noise. Photo looks is a bit dull. A higher contrast or tone curve adjustment would probably be good. Interesting architecture for a National Library. On first look I thought it was a church ... probably was at one time? Regards. Latiff.

This is a fine low light capture with good details!
I like the symmetrical composition, and the sky makes a fine background....
Maybe the building to the right should be left out..??
