a peppermint candy, fresh and crystal clear. As the lake, so is your photo. Phantastic quality. And you were lucky to have a sunny day to see the fresh snow. Here we always have clouds since two weeks.

Excellent shot! This has a very wide open feeling, with lots of room and freedom. Nice use of the reflection and the view through the water to the stones visible there. Beautiful work!

nice, very nice. I like a lot how the converging lines draw the eye into the photo, such a strong perspective always adds great 3D feel to the shot, I like that a lot. I also like Christian's comparison with pepperming candies :) the clarity is fantastic, hard to believe there's actually water in the foreground. picture perfect :)

I've been to Slovenia only once and that was in 1989. I see that I've been missing much and should start making plans for a visit. This is a fantastic photograph with the wide-angle effect working very well. Calm water and low clouds complement the beautiful scenery nicely. Regards,

This is just fabulous!
Excellent composition with 2/3 to the lake and 1/ 3 to heaven.
The POV chosen enhances the reflection of the mountains and the whole composition gained depth. Bella, pretty, good, congratulations.

Samo štirikrat v Bohinju? Ha. No saj jaz ne štejem, pa sem bil najbrž večkrat. Vsekakor pomoje najlepša in sveža lokacija v naši državi (ne da sem jih tolk videl mind you:). Ja čez fotko ni nič za rečt, odlična čistost, tenkočutne zmrzljive barve in perfetkna ostrina.

Ker sem se zavezal da odslej ne bom pisal samo pohval in bom tut mal bolj opažal fotografijo samo to da ne nadaljevat s trendom večanja okvirja in manjšanja slike, ker nočem gledat v razmerju 50:50, saj maš prelepe slike. :P

BTW. kako dosežeš to raven čistosti: je to kakšna oblika HDR-ja, ti zarad objektiva že v osnovi tako klarificirano da, filter al kakšen postopek v PS-ju? Al kombinacija vsega. :)

are those two characters riding the cloud on the right hand side good fairies?
you almost would expect them in a wonderful place like this . I am not surprised God chose it for one of his favourite spots
the perspective and detail and teh perfection of the reflection are stupefying
one cannot move away form this paradise

dear Jeri,
the delicate surface of the water is impressive.
clear water shows us the bottom through transparent light,
and also reflects the sky and mountains above it into it.
those two views are mixed in vacant cold water, as a landscape.
but the double images really show us its invisible nature,
quite like our mind, our spiritual states and movements.
beautiful? clear? elegant? amazing?
each viewer sees it really as the mirror of himself or herself or itself.
and the water is watching us through this all function and progress too.
I feel that I was felt, it feel that I feel it,
yes the lights are playing between two, and making round trip joyfully.
after all clear air, big mountain, cold water, blue sky and bottom stones
give us the wonder playground.
fine feeling and comfortable sensation in this image derive
from the capricious and temperamental wind
blowing between two on this glass water face of the playground.

p.s. ne brini za jezik, ja i mislim da bi svi trebalo da pisemo na engleskom, tako da svi razumeju...jedino sa mojim zemljacima nekako ne mogu engleski...zvuci mi previse 'hladno'

ovo nije samo srećan dan za fotografa da naleti na izuzetan prizor. This photo (I also like to call them photos) is very good. That gentle fog hiding some of the landscape is a great element here. Probably it would be a boring photo without it. The rest is perfect too, the reflection, the foreground, the right composition. Like it a lot.

Jeri,

bohinj ti precej bolje sede kot bled. Dobr si ujela dinamiko. Oblaki in tisto, kar širokokotni dela z linijami obale. Morda malo prevec prostora za prod v ospredju.

Tudi se mi zdi , da se jezero hoce izliti na desno (nisi poravnala horizontale?).
