Photographer’s Note
Santa Cruz beach / Torres Vedras / Lisboa - Portugal

One of the most natural landmarks and tourist business card of the Santa Cruz Beach is the Penedo do Guincho, formed by an imposing structure that stands out from rocky cliffs surrounding, with 30 feet high by 100 of a circle, with its base in a cleft -ceilinged and crossed the sea. In the days of low tide, you can cross the opening of the rock stripped down walk.
At the top of its magnificence and majestic as this rock, with the same structure of Riba which is yellow border, perhaps by faithful allegiance to the sea seems to him, resisted to their separation. Increasingly away from the Yellow Riba or under the sea and the time has been destroyed.

Hello Helio,
impressive rock! I can almost feel its surface.
Good composition and beautiful natural colours (especially of the water at the bottom, nest to the rock). Very pleasant view.
Perhaps I would not crop the photo so tight at the top! I would add 1-2 cm...
best wishes,
Elena

hello Helio,
I wish there was something in the frame to show the scale. according to your note the rock is huge, but without, for example, a person next to it, it impossible to appreciate the size of it. other than that - the colours are great, as is the sharpness. the composition with the strong diagonal lines of the rock and shoreline also works very well. nice one :)
regards,
Kristine
