From the walls of Lucca

Growing on the circle of walls are centuries-old trees which, since the beginning, were planted to consolidate the enormous mass of earth. In the 19th century Duchess Maria Luisa of Bourbon commissioned the royal architect Lorenzo Nottolini to arrange the walls definitively as a public walkway. Still today, they are one of the favourite walking places in Lucca.

Hola Anna, conseguiste una interesante
imagen con tintes de magia y misterio,
me gusta esas sombras de los árboles
sobre la fachada de ventanas son esas
siluetas inquietantes.

Enhorabuena por el encuadre.

una bellissima immagine tra magia e mistero, con una gestione delle ombre molto bella, composizione perfetta, avrei solo tolto quel rametto a sinistra, ovviamento e' un mio pensiero.

Lovely image Anna, almost spooky in a way through the blurred shadows creeping around the old caged windows. Quite enjoy the 'soft' touch to the whole image as well.

rather static scene. I also like the high contrast between

bon et inquiétant équilibre entre le mur blanc et clair et les ombres, on dirait une scène tirée d'un vieux film d'épouvante

Le traitement N1B et les barreaux aux fenêtres me font penser à une prison, dont deux détenus sont entrain de s'échapper, il ne reste que leurs ombres. La police aura du mal à les rattrapper.

this is one fantastic photo!
I love the scene made from shadows of elements behind us...it feels like watching a teather play in shadow mode...
The wall with fenced windows serves as best possible background and the result is superb graphical abstraction ready for many many different personal interpretations.

I like this photo a lot Anna. This really relates the essence of photography: light and the absence of it. It's so graphic but also so human. Very very good.
