Photographer’s Note

This is an old picture taken during one of my business trip to Italy (of course taken on Sunday). Unfortunately the scan from a slide is not so good, but I think enough for the dimension of this website. Italy is not so bad Place.

Hi Lily,

of course Italy is not bad; you had a chance to visit one of the most beautiful country with wonderful mountain and amazing light!!!
I'm lucky because I'm Italian and I can see that everyday.
Anyway you take a wonderful picture from one place know very well.

Very nice color tone of this different layers of shade showing the sunset effect on the clouds. A really nice capture of the mood.

I really like this shot, beautiful light of sunset with profiles of the mountains.
But what does a Thai girl to Pianezze? Perhaps you work for a company of this area?

This is a great landscape, very impressive.
But the question is: "Why a Thay girl goes to Pianezze?", a mountanin near my town, Treviso? ;-)

I have seen and done this image in hues of blue, never seem it before in red. Very original.

Hi Lily,
Not always it is easy to obtain good results on having scanned a slide, I know it for experience, but also I believe that this one is attractive.
In spite of the quality loss in the process of scanned, the photo is very attractive and with a nice luminosity and a few magnificent colors. I like the silhouettes of the landscape that fade away with the distance.
