The horizon seems to be on a slant. I'm not sure if anything is really in focus either. Maybe the front shrubs? I like the repeating sun umbrellas. Might want to throw it in a photoeditor and rotate it just a bit. maybe crop out the small plants in the very bottom of the picture too.
Sharpening and boosting the contrast a bit helps this shot (in my eyes). About .5 degree leveling wouldn't hurt.
Nice to look at, I would probably crop out that part of a tree sticking in the frame on the left. I'm assuming this is Yalong Bay, and if this is Sanya you may want to edit it and change it to the South region instead of the East.

It's very clean but the lighting is horrible. it's over exposed and the time of day just doesn't appeal to the scenery. try to shoot in the sunset next time.
