composition works, and the grain almost works for the forbidding industrial scene with scary clouds... but i need more focus and somewhere solid to keep my attention in the shot.

Interesting night urgban view, with a very dark, cloudy sky. The diversity of the buildings and their lighted windows make an interesting line of horizon. Sharpnes is fair, but with a little more, the picture would have been even better in my opinion.
