Photographer's Note
The statue of Christ the Redeemer, The Portuguese name for this statue is Cristo Redentor. The Christ monument is awe-inspiring in person. If you haven’t seen it in person then you should, I think it is the most stunning statues in the world.

Hello Wilson,
unexpected POV with the statue of Christ to be made even more impressive and unique.I like the B/W format as the excellent placement of its body in the frame.

hi Wilson
No wonder you post less these days, you are always abroad !
Clever post,
a, its very different from the normal, and
b, it makes use of the challenging weather/sky, and
c, your note; this sight has been on my wish list for 40years, but events have thus far conspired against me !

Bonjour, cher Wilson,
Voilà une façon originale de présenter cette sculpture monumentale. Un cadrage fort réussi. Le choix du noir et blanc est également une très bonne idée.
Excellente journée.
Amitiés.

Hi Wilson,
An excellent monochrome photo using only different shades of grey. I could imagine that the weather was a bit dull this particular day and that a B&W photo for this reason was a very good idea. But you have developed this idea further with a really fine and simplistic composition. TFS and have nice evening!
Kind regards,
Ulf
