Photographer’s Note
Many trees shed their leafs during the dry season and the llanos look like a desert. However, in the rainy season all plants turn green and the llanos look like an oasis. Look for the other picture of the same tree in the wet season.
I experiment in making photographs of the same object at different times. This makes me a better naturalist and teaches me a great deal about change.

This is a nice photo and I could be wrong here, but it appears to be 'over sharpened' especially around the tree and the horizon.

How striking that this is the same tree. Like others, I notice the unnaturalness of the scene - which I think is due to use of filters in Photoshop. Velvia is an ideal film for this type of shot (landscapes), and I wonder if you have a more natural looking version?

Wow, Leo, the Ceiba is a spectacular tree, impactante and attractive. The Ceiba symbolizes life, perpetuity, greatness, kindness, beauty, forces and union.
Saludos LEO :) . Feliz Fin de Semana. *Ninfa Urania*
