Photographer’s Note
This picture was taken last week at the celebration of Los Diablos de Yare (Yare's devils). This celebration takes place every year at San Francisco de Yare in el estado Miranda on Corpus Christi day. The people of the town buys devils mask that are hand made by someone of the place and they dance at the rythm of the tambores and the maracas. The devils can only be man from all ages.They do a procession around the town visiting the main church, the cementery, etc. Then there's a mass where the priest bless all the devils. The celebration is from wednesady to sunday.
