Hi Anh, welcome TE! Very nice picture you have here to start with. I like the angle especially too; it makes that dune look like a snake in movement (with some imagination...). Looking forward to some more of such nice work from you. One comment: please write some notes for us next time.

Welcome to TE Ahn! Nice pic. I like the sweeping shadow created by the dune. However, I'm not sure about the angle of the shot...maybe a crop of the mountains and a clone tool to fill out some sand in the wedge.

Welcome to TE Anh, and what a good shot you have started with. I particularly like the way the colours in this are graduated, even the blues. Well done.

Your sense of composition really caught my eyes! It transformed a quite ordinary postcard for tourists into a puzzlement of movement and comtemplation of a natural "instinctive" geometry...
I just created a new theme, Exploring shapes and colours. Would you agree to be part of it, Anh, with this picture?
This invitation may not be quite formal, but we've all got to start somewhere, somehow... ;-)

It's always difficult to use an angled horizon but I think you have done that well. However I find the soft focus a real distraction, bit the colours are lovely. I envy you having been here to even take photos! thanks.

great work. the dune looks like an abstract path leading to the horizon. yet if you stare a bit it looks like it's leading to nowhere. nevertheless, it's a gorgeous photograph, great shape, wonderful angle, beautiful contrast between the sand and the blue mountains in the distance. i love it.

Very nice sweeping curves. The tilted horizon works well to give it an abstract look, you see the shapes in the image, more than what the image actually is, so you're not drawn to the mountains like you would be if it were taken at a traditional angle.

Great composition and excellent curves. This is a place in Venezuela that is not so known abroad. Thanks for taking a picture of it.

Very interesting angle - it gives a feeling of standing on a slippery slope. I like the sinuous curve, too. The focus is a bit soft, though.
