Hallo Achim. Ein schönes Photo. Im Mittelpunkt steht der wundervolle Brunnen. Zusammen mit der Architektur im Hintergrund und den Palmen ist er gut präsentiert. Persönlich sehe ich mir Brunnen immer sehr gern an, weil ich Städte kenne (ohne Namen nennen zu wollen), die es einfach nicht schaffen, schöne und von den Bewohnern gemochte Brunnen zu bauen. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the fountain and of the building in the background. The palm trees are framing well the building. The quality of the light is enhancing the colors of the picture. Have a nice day.

It is a beautiful fountain, indeed. And the white arch behind is an interesting architecture. Nice POV.
This is a fountain in the courtyard of the Capitol building of Caracas (El Capitolio Nacional de Caracas).
