it was the most peaceful new years day ever... beautiful, calm, colourful, perfect.

I've tweaked the photo slightly to bring the sky out more...

Hello Claire,

You've captured great colors ! You are right for the sky, it's enough, and that color is darker than the sea's, so it's a meaning to focus on the sea and the beach.
A good moment for this shot, nobody walking or swimming, peace all around... Only one thing's missing : one or two palm coconuts.
However, thanks for sharing !

Hello Claire,

I like great contrast between white, blue and turquoise (?)colors. Your well chosen POV while adding wonderful curve of shore is great.
