Photographer’s Note
With the first rains, the llanos come alive with a huge cacophony of sounds. Tree frogs search for a favorite perch to hunt and call (males). As they do this every night one can set up a picture opportunity at leisure. Placing a tripod, camera and flash to capture wildlife is not always as easy! But these frogs were happy to model for me and the picture came out with great results…two species of frog in a single tree!

Great use of DOF. Nice composition too, with lines and position of the frogs. I find the white object in the background just a little distracting, but the frogs are a strong enough subject to keep ones mind off it.
Nice shot.

Extraordinaire image. Bienvenue sur la "planète grenouille" et ses grands buildings verts ! Etait-il possible d'obtenir un peu plus de netteté sur le fond ? No sé...
Quoi qu'il en soit, merci pour cette image.
