At the end of the only road leading to a small settlement of San Jose de Buja... Behind - you find only the river's "trails" and the jungle with its swamps...

again the kids and their closed faces towards you, like if they were suspicious of your presence,
A fact that I find strange as normally you get in touch with the persons you photograph.
Do you have a reason for that?
I like those photos you've been showing and specially their environment not crowded, like you were right at the end of somewthing.
In other way, it reminds me a bit those american towns which are right before the entrance for the deserts, only missing the advise "right now you are on your own!".

No cóż Jurku ...

I like this composition. The coloured geometry is graphically appealing. Yet there is also a human element too.Perhaps I would have cropped a little from the top as there is a distracting element above the standing girl's head.Very well seen.

to co ma swoją wartość i smak - życie
z dala od szlaków,
taka "kolorowa bieda"- w słońcu i za dnia.
B. dobry kadr,

this is a great candid street scene. the colours are strong and create wonderful visual impact. the children add that essential human element. an excellent composition.

Interesting composition. Like a dyptiq. Makes me think of Mondrian in a way.

An interesting palette of colours and textures, and a composition that despite being frontal, offers depth and some play of dimension.
I like how the girl in yellow stands out from the dark background and is adopting a nonchalant pose, but the kid with a pink skirt is hiding her face in an obvious manner that doesn't send the right message.
I'm all for spontaneity, although it's not always easy to capture. Whether it's a touristic area and she is used to tourists and therefore, was expecting to get money for a more generous collaboration, otherwise, a small chat and an attempt to make her laugh might have made the job.
That's a pity because otherwise, all elements were there to create an impeccable composition, with three subjects positioned in a great "layout", vivid colours typical from tropical regions and a cool environment to shoot.
Maybe by kneeling down, the perspective would have been corrected and the viewer would have been at the level of the kids.

The composition with its various rectangles makes this shot look like a patchwork, a collage of scenes. Very colourful and appealing work.
