Storm in paradise Photo

Photographer’s Note

As we were sailing from Cayo Herradura to Tortuguillo Sur, it seemed like a storm was approaching. I liked the contrast between the dark clouds and the beautiful green-turquoise sea. Thanks God, it didn't rain and we enjoyed a very sunny day.

Sharpened, contrast increased, frame added, resized.

The contrast is very lovely, between the dark clouds and the light turquoise water. I like the vertical composition a lot. It's a very peaceful photo. I think it would be even better without the motorboats. A sailboat would have been perfect, but you can't control everything in a photograph. Very beautiful shot Yvonne,

A vertical landscape. Not the most usual idea, but works well in this picture.
