Photographer’s Note
This is day 1 of the six-day trek up Mt Roraima, in the south-eastern corner of Venezuela. In this photo, Mt Roraima is on the right & Mt Kukenan is on the left.
Roraima is a tepui, or table-top mountain. The borders of Venezuela, Guyana, & Brazil meet at a spot on Roraima called the "triple point".

Hi Mango,
10 years ago I saw a report of this table mountain in GEO magazine and since then it´s a dream for me to go there. One of the hardest places to reach, I think, compliments for going there and also for this photo which captures this wide landscape excellently.
