Vacaciones!!! hemos ido de vacaciones con Picardo a Cabo Polonio.
Esta foto es a modo de introducción de muchas otras que vendrán.
Algunos consideran este lugar el paraiso!. Es un pequeño pueblo de pescadores sin electricidad ni agua. La única forma de acceder a él es en camiones 4x4 autorizados para el ingreso, dado que es una zona de dunas móviles, que ha sido declarado monumento natural.
La única luz reinante durante la noche es la del faro, ya que es una zona peligrosa, donde existen al menos 80 o 90 barcos que han naufragado. En las noches se pueden ver millones de estrellas, gracias a que no hay contaminación lumínica.
Los lugareños viven de la pesca y del turismo. Y muchos tienen generadores o paneles solares para tener luz, el resto farol a gas o simplemente velas.
Respecto del nombre de "Cabo Polonio" existe una historia equivocada y otra que parece ser la correcta:

Muchas veces se ha establecido que el nombre "Polonio" proviene del naufragio de un barco que llevaba el mismo nombre, el 31 de enero de 1735.
Pero segun registros se debió a otro hundimiento, pocos años más tarde, el 31 de enero de 1753. El barco se llamaba "Nuestra Señora del Rosario, Señor de San José y las Animas". Su capitán, Joseph Polloni, era famoso por su afición a los vinos que consumía en exceso encerrado en su camarote. Quizá por este motivo se produjo el naufragio.

Some consider this place the paradise!. It is a small fishermen village without electricity nor water. The only way to access it is by 4x4 trucks authorized for entry, as it is an area of shifting sand dunes, which has been declared a natural monument.
The only reigning light at night is the one of the lighthouse, as it is a dangerous area, where there are at least 80 or 90 ships have foundered. At night you can see millions of stars, thanks to the lack of light pollution.
Villagers living on fishing and tourism. And many have generators or solar panels to have electricity, the rest gas lamps or simply candles.
Regarding the name "Cabo Polonio", there is a wrong story and one that seems to be correct:

Many times it has been established that the name "Polonio" comes from the sinking of a boat having the same name, on January 31 1735.
But according to records was due to another sink, a few years later, on January 31 1753. The boat was named "Our Lady del Rosario, Lord of San Jose and the Animas". Its captain, Joseph Polloni, was famous for his love of wines consumed it in excess locked in his cabin. Perhaps that is why the wreck occurred.

muito boa essa foto sua, além de ser bem explicativa, gostei do desfoque leve do fundo assim como a iluminação, mas o fino da foto foi esse pássaro na placa mesmo, muito bom.
