Nice picture,
i am just back from buenos aires, do you know you can see the same building on the avenida de mayo in this city?
regards.
Dzien Dobry Tomek,
This one is my favorite in the photos you have posted here to date, first because it shows a country we do not get often to see here, and also because it has a nice perspective and gives a good impression of space. The rising building to the right of the statue is also a good eye focal point. What you could improve is the note, for example telling what it this big building.
Have a nice day,
Jean-Yves

The Large Building On The Center Right (With The Antenna On It) Is The "Palacio Salvo",At One Time...The Tallest Building In All Of South America.
The Statue In The Center Is Of Jose Gervacio Artigas, The Liberator Of Uruguay.
Underneath The Statue, Is The Mausoleum Containing The Remains Of Artigas, illuminated By The Sun Through A Skylight. The Chamber Is Protected At All Times By A Special Military Honor Guard. The Public Is Allowed To Visit,And Is Quite A Moving Experience.
The Statue Faces "18 De Julio", The Main Street Going Through Downtown Montevideo.
The Large Building To The Far Left Is The "Victoria Plaza" Hotel, A 5-Star Hotel That Was Expanded Back In 1993.
Hope This Helps You Out!
