Photographer’s Note
I know this is a typical cliche but I liked the scene and I like the picture.
Actually there was a big tree in front of them and I deleted it to make the image clearer. I hope it isn't too evident that there was some PS here. I'll be waiting for your comments...

Hi Tali,
I love this shot. The colors are amazing, and I really like the composition. You frame this well. I do not even notice the PS here. Perhaps you should post original version in a workshop. Great shot, thanks for sharing.

Cliche or not it's still very nicely framed with good colour - Ok some photo tree surgery - I never would have guessed if you hadn't told us - but i like the bold simplicity of this image - us fathers sometimes need reminding to be with our sons like this!
best wishes Kev

The offspring is deeply interested in the conversation having as they pass this perfect landscape event. Great composition in this photograph is excellent. I admit if I were there would be happy.

Hi Tali, a few moods achieved in this one: the countryside mood; the father-son relationship; and also the freedom of the open spaces, I can almost feel the fresh air. I like the vertical orientation of the horses in sidelight, against the clear horizontal background with strips of blue sky, green fields and orange-brownish on the bottom. Good you erased the tree, so we get horizon all the way from side to side. Well done! Daniel

Hi Tali,
I love the composition and the red against the green with a soft blue sky, good light. You placed them well in the frame and it seems that they were not aware of your present.
Very nice..!!!

Hi Tali,
I can´t find any cliches in this one.
It has something monumental but in a very human way.Good placement of them in the frame, good contrast handling and pp work too.
Greetings,
Hermann

Is it a cliche? You bet. But cliches work. Think about it. They are cliches because theres a truth to them, they strike at the core. Father and son may be a cliche but its a powerful one. Interesting look at f/4 with this nice bokeh in the distance. Heartwarming photo.

Go West young man!
You’ve done a great job on this one Tali! Wowowow!
Everything is good on this image; compelling subject, incredible point of view, nice bokeh, perfect framing. Beauty is also in the details, like dust coming out of the horses steps and complicity between father and son, looking at each other.
Good Photoshop as well; I have no clue where you had to intervene.

Hi Tali,
Excellent these two lonely cowboys. The composition is really great. The DOF refined and superb. The sunlight gives beautiful shadows and glances on the horses.
Great work!

Hi Tali,
it's the first time I visit your gallery full of pictures of outstanding quality.
I take this one for a start. The father and son relation is optimal illustrated here, you cab almost here their conversation. Father talking/teaching and son listning/learning.
There they ride into the empty future.
Very good work.
Thanks and regards, Gerrit

Another very good post!
I like your POV, taking them right before they reached the top of the hill, and using a tele focal length with a wide open aperture - good photographic skill - to blur out the BG. Your PP is very good, no marks whatsoever...Good color production and clarity, in a very good take at not the easiest time of day to take pictures (mid afternoon).
Well done!
