A lovely photograph with a distinct early morning feeling!
The pov is well chosen using the off-cente quay as a leading line. The passenger gives human interest and f/g interest with the leading line linking him perfectly with his objective!
I do like the blue cast! It creates a feeling of chill and early morning freshness!

Very peacful image as we see the mornings first passenger calmly stroll down the pier just after the morning sunrise. The silver, blue and yellow colors work very well with the slight mist on the far bank of the distant bank of the mighty river.

It's too common praising the compo in any accomplished photo, but yours in general and this one in particular is truly special. I like the zigzagging 'visual path' of the pier, boat, place of the sun behind the thin cloud. There are also the bushes and the shining water on the FG, the candle lights the walking man and the river bank on the BG (did I miss anything? :-), all graciously placed. And that light!... It's a bit of a surprise finding that on this one you didn't use the warm colour balance that it is so common in your 'water posts'. Perhaps even more surprising is that the cold tones are as attractive as the warm ones on other posts.

Hi Ertugrul, lovely shot that really captures the atmosphere of early morning. I really like the way the light reflects off the water and the boardwalk. Great sharpness too. I might maybe have cropped a little of that white area of the sky off the top as it's a tiny bit burned out, but then again maybe not as it shows the origin of the light on the water. Nice shot!

The colors here are amazing - bluish but in some way warm anyway!
