Photographer’s Note
Workers are collecting garbages under flooded street of north Paramaribo due to heavy rain still continues without break since two days. City's drainage system and water canals are not enough to collect all water because people are laying concrete or stone every where, paving all roads with asphalt instead of leaving as sandy.
Taken approximately one hour ago.
Many cheers you to all and have a nice, wonderful new week.

Same problem eveywhere my friend. man's intervention has only created big problems, especially in the urban centres. Not different from what we experience quite often here too.

Hello Ertugrul,
It seems that the rains have been important in the area, the streets seem rivers.
Curious and very well captured the scene of these workers who perform their duties despite the bad weather.
Excellent dynamic and very good details.
Greetings my friend

Hi Ertugrul,
Wow! These tropical rainstorms are something to behold looks like you will need a boat soon.
He He only teasing ya.
Very effective shot showing the heavy rains and pointing out how modern man is too smart for his own good.

Merhaba, Ertugrul.
This is Paramaribo, but it reminds me SO MUCH of the neighborhood known as the 9th Ward, in New Orleans... the same tilted poles, the same vegetation, the same RAIN... Powerful daily life, straightforward and truthful, I like it a lot! Have a good day, my friend. I'll be seeing you.
Fulvio.

Yağmurda çöp toplamak, gerçekten zor iş. Renkler ve dinamizm enfes. Ellerinize sağlık...

Hey Parbo,
Heh, the rain just like in Dublin!
But looks like the temperature is slightly different, anyway...
What is most impressive for me on ypur picture in the lush greenery, especially the big leaves on the left hand side.
Best Regards, Maestro!

Merhaba Ertugrul,
It reminds fulvio of New Orleans, but I could swear it was Maui. Classic capture of a tropical rainstorm and I love the action wave on the man's foot. Beautiful color and detail.

Hey Ertugrul,
A great documentary shot, and not one you see every day. I hope the floods were no more than a nuisance, although the water level looks kind of high. Great clarity in not so easy conditions, considering the low lighting conditions.
Best regards.

Merhaba Ertuğrul,
An interesting capture, the timing was perfect for catching the guy running while splashing the water with his feet. It's also effectively composed.
Selamlar, José.

this is what we get as well back home when rainy season comes.
the work must go on, as these guys are seen so devoted to collect the garbage, and they are enjoying it like little boys playing in the rain. a perfect timing shot!...and oh, those ripening mangoes to the right are mouth-watering!
