This is port or small catwalk of Leonsberg. My new curiosity is stitching multi frames till few days. This one also stitched from three frames by vertically taken without tripod. Time is for low-tide now and Suriname River’s muddy water flowing normally to Atlantic Ocean. That’s why boats are tied at left side of the port.

You know already Suriname River. Flowing from right to left, it means Paramaribo is at right part only 5 kilometer far, and Atlantic Ocean is at left side just few kilometers after. There is also one more private port you can see at left but I couldn’t get permission yet for use it. Also be don’t surprise when you visit here because the port at left part is actually parallel located to port of Leonsberg

You can see also some fire smokes under clouds at New Amsterdam. We are in dry season now. It means less tropical rain. People are firing all the bushes for cleaning many times with trees together. This is one of important problem here. First they are giving damage to environment for creating land etc. and if wind direction changes then all smokes are coming to city.

Suriname River : The Suriname River is 480 km long and flows through the country of Suriname. Its sources are located in the Guiana Highlands on the border between the Wilhelmina Mountains and the Eilerts de Haange Mountains (where it is known as the Gran Rio). . The river flows below the reservoir along Brokopondo, Berg en Dal, the migrant communities Klaaskreek and Nieuw-Lombè, Jodensavanne, Carolina, Ornamibo and Domburg, before reaching the capital Paramaribo on the left bank and Meerzorg on the right bank. At Nieuw-Amsterdam it is joined by the Commewijne and immediately thereafter at the sandspit Braamspunt it flows into the Atlantic Ocean.

The river has several sets of rapids as well as a few dams, the largest of which is the Afobakadam. The river's flow is interrupted by the Brokodo Reservoir, which therefore divides the river into two sections. The upstream section runs almost entirely through the Sipaliwini district, and the downstream section runs through the Brokopondo, Para, Commewijne, Wanica and Paramaribo districts.
