The farm of alpacas Photo

Photographer’s Note

Just after a day of rest to the Lake Sibinacocha, veiled us again on the way, we arrived on this breeding of alpacas posed at the medium of the mountains.

I find that the clouds resemble wool of the alpacas, tender and marrowy.

This farm must be with 4700m altitude approximately, always in the area of Ausangate.

I repost it, because quality is all the same clearly good than front, just while making postprocessing (thing that I did not make too front), not again scan...

I will try to make a notebook of travel, if I find my notes of the time.
When I see what Brigitte (Bibiweb) manages to do in notebooks travel, that gives desire for making in the same way.

Wow youve really cleared this image up nicely - the colors are much stronger and brighter in this version. Grain in the sky is also much reduced.

un paysage impressionnant, des couleurs bien contrastées, mais ton sujet principal ne ressort pas assez, perdu à la lisiere prairie/montagne, et centré, on le trouve difficilement
Ce cadrage 5o-5o ne me plait qu'à moitié, je te propose un petit WS qui respecte un peu plus la regle des tiers, et qui donne un format "pano" ...

Superbe lumière sur cette image ! Le premier plan répond au ciel de manière éclatante ! Vraiment réussi. Juste dommage que la ferme ne soit pas elle aussi éclairée de la sorte. Sinon, je trouve l'image vraiment belle.

The Alpacas farm but no Alpacas. An interesting concept. Nice shot, full of clarity due to the contrast and nice rich colours. Well done and thanks for reminding me of my visit to this fantastic country.

Un paysage que l'on pas habitué à voir. Tu nous fait bien voyager. Ce qui m'impressionne le plus, comme sur la photo d'hier, c'est le sol. Une végétation maigre et différente. Belles couleurs.

Belle profondeur pour ce paysage péruvien, la vallée va loin et est même placée en point de convergence dans l'image.
Sympa aussi le premier plan trs naturel

c'est vraiment beau.. ce vert surtout et ce ciel d'un bleu d'azur! avec qq montagnes un peu plus hautes, ca aurait pu etre le ladakh et l'himalaya!!...;-)

Salut Philippe,

Celle-ci me plaît car très douce par ses couleurs, le vert de la prairie contrastant le bleu du ciel et la roche faisant tampont entre les deux. Tu avais une jolie lumière avec ces gros nuages qui font de l'ombre sur la roche, ça apporte beaucoup ! Et puis le bout tout au fond de cette montagne enneigée ajoute une touche finale très rafraîchissante.
