[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Pisco (5700m) is one of the easiest mountains of this height in the world to climb, its really just a walk with one or 2 scarey bits. Fantastic views though, and it can be hard if you are not well acclimatized. This is from somewhere quite near the top - I wish I had taken many more photos, but I was too busy trying to breathe!
PP-I had to do some to remove the strong blue cast, I am hoping that this now looks natural?

Nice one, David. You achieve to make me want to go back to Peru in order to climb this peak. Perfect compo, as well as colours and contrast. I like the footless blanket of snow on the right. Congratulations.

very nice image David.. I guess you had crampons with you.. I used to do climbing when younger, in the Alps though, and I understand why you didn't shot more; It' ccan be tiring.
The colors are beautiful, dense.. Love it.

I wish I had mountain climbing skills...magnificent photo, I like the upcoming clouds.

Hmmm can be hard if not acclimatized is an understatement, anything over 5000m is off limits to me. Good snow, sadly it may all be gone in our lifetime at the rate they're receding.

Amazing picture David, I hope you are well equiped, it seems to be very cold and windly.

Nice shot.
