Hello José,
a lot of mood in this picture, almost science-fiction colors... I like the wide view, the pier and the boats, the texture of the water and the lights of the big city behind. The colors are beautiful and special. I like less the dark part of sky on the left, it's a bit too much. Did you use a tripod and slow shutter speed ?
It would be nice to try to include the EXIF data when you save the picture. Nice details also in the foreground, the truck and trees.
