Photographer’s Note
After leaving Tarma in my way back to Lima, I saw this arable land at the slopes of the mountains. This land is used to sow flowers, but I heard that they bloom in December and January only, so at this time of the year there where very few --if any. The upper right corner of the picture is darker because a cloud was obtruding the sun on that position. At the lower left corner it is possible to see the road where I already went by when coming to this place.
I changed levels a little in this photo to bring out a little bit more of colour.

Hola Jurgen
Una perspectiva muy buena me gusta como has incluido las variaciones de color del campo. Como siempre hay el problema del granulado, cuandoe te vas a comprar una camara digital?
COmprate una canon 400D y vas a ver como cambia la cosa.
Un saludo
Daniel

Jurgen,
Nice shot showing a very interesting landscape with scale. Peru is on the top of my wish lists and I hope to be able to spend some time there one day. In the meantime I must content my self with the photos of others. From what I have learned here on TE the country side is much more varied that I had originally thought. Your shot is clear and colorful, nice capture.
Greg
