Photographer’s Note

This is the city of Huancayo, as seen from a hill path that take you to the "Peruvian Capadocia" which I will post later. Here we see some people relaxing on the slopes of the hill overlooking the city.

Huancayo is aboout 5 hours drive East of lima and it is the main city of the central Andes. It has a population of 400,000 people and its a commercial center were farmers from the surrounding areas come to supply themselves and to sell their production. It is a modern city with very little colonial architecture. Most of the houses are built in raw brick.

I took another photo with a different angle which I am posting as a workshop. Please let me know which one you like best.
