Photographer’s Note
I saw many drawings in the plains around Nazca, most of them aren´t so good to make photos according with the light we had at that moment. Other problem is sickness in the flight, terrible thing... This photo isn´t nice but you can see the HANDS, one of the drawings, near of it there is another drawing the TREE, and we can see the panamericana road that goes from Alaska to Patagonia crossing all 3 AMERICAS. There is a tower at side of the road where tourists can see the lines too. Anyway the best way is by plane, ever...

Jorge,
Great shot. Also more visually pleasing with the road at the top, not just the gray ground.
Who made these drawings, and how long ago? And is that soil on the ground, or brush or dried grasses? What is the white part of the ground? I'm very curious to know, I'll look at other TE photos in this part of Peru or google Nazca......OK, I just looked at other TE Nazca photos and it is very interesting that we still don't know exactly how or when these large drawings were made!

Olá Jorge
Gostei bastante desta foto..
