[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A bromelia in Colca Canyon. These plants blossom in a spectecular way, where they create huge plants here they are very white. Something to do with the altitude? They attract all sorts of animals, including these hummingbirds. In the end, keeping these flowers cost so much energy that they 'combust' themselves, leaving black residues.
