Photographer’s Note
This was taken in Máncora, Peru. A lively northern "beach" town that straddles the main road about an hour and a-half south by bus to Tumbes, bordertown to Ecuador. The Artist here was called "Indio" by the other Artists. That necklace he is holding up was made-by-order; I paid three dollars. :)

Interesting scene in interesting composition.
I like his smile...
White balance is no good : look : the white are blue...
But you always can remake it with Photoshop.

Hi Michael,
a nice and well framed market picture, a bit surprising from peru where we'd expect altiplano indians perfprming this, but as we can see here this big country also has a great variety in people.
