Photographer’s Note
There is no a single element of human presence on Earth more important to photography than...
THE FACE !
Billions of them !
The only other element that can be compared to the human faces is: The snow flake.
Billions of them and no two of them alike !

........................
Searching for the faces…
With the bit of luck - you can actually find some… Somewhere… Scattered here and there…
In the intimacy of the interior of some factory. Mechanical room, they and… Me !
Every click of the shutter reminds them that I'm around.
How to make them forget about me…?
I don't want to have an eye contact… Twenty millimeters plus is more than enough to have that contact of 'how close can you get' established quite firmly regardless and, what I want right now - is to disappear in the thin air…
I want to have the talking faces…
………………………
Another photo from the same place… The same time… The same people… The same intimacy… The same class
With the tremendous chances of being equally ignored.

And I could repeat my previous critique on the boss photo to this one. Hard to find a flaw here... Not an easy situation though in terms of exposure. Gosh... those big windows full of light! Yet, the contrast is well managed, and I am especially glad to see still some "texture" into the blouse of the boss. Those are details, I'll admit. But details can kill a photo, in my opinion.
Mostly, what makes me really glad and impressed here is how you managed to get his face being at the exact right place. So close to his employee but without any overlaps. This way, his face is really distinct from the background, and yet the background is almost not visible. Grrrrrrr... I'm not sure I am very 'clear' in explaining what I mean. It is a case where it would be much more easy to point with my finger!
This photo is a gem. As simple as that!
