This is a picture taken during the plants and flowers market in Huaraz.
Huaraz is a city in Peru. It has a population of approximately 100,000 and is the capital of the Huaraz Province and of the Ancash Region.
Huaraz is located in the central-northern part of the country at an altitude of 3052 m, some 420 km north of Lima. Huaraz sits in the agriculturally important Callejón de Huaylas valley, at the foot of the Cordillera Blanca mountain range, which includes Huascarán, the highest mountain in Peru at 6768 m.

The farmers surrounding Huaraz come to the city with their flowers and plants to sell it during this market. Here you can buy every kind of plants, including the famous coca.

Good diagonal composition of lining up the people and what a colorful market place. I like the focus and pov, always very attractive to see shots of Peru, Chile and Ecuador.

Como han destacado otros creo que el gran acierto de esta composición es la diagonal que forma el grupo de gente, me gusta como llena la foto. Bonita escena cotidiana y buen aprovechamiento de los colores de la indumentaria para crear una imagen muy alegre.
