Huayhuash mountain Photo

Photographer’s Note

Another shot from my trek round the Huayhuash mountains.
I think this mountain is Yerupaja (6634m), the same one I think as in several of my other shots (from Laguna Jahuacocha) but from the other side.

Nice mountain shot with an amazing scenery. The lower half of the image is underexposed, but I reckon there wasn't any way to avoid that...

Hi David - another fantastic mountain scenery, I really like the way the cloud is attacking the peak while the other side of the sky is bright blue.

Magnificent mountain! I really like the way the light is coming across the mountain, showing all of the detail. I also like that the shot is very tight, filling the frame. Superb!

fantastic and colorfull image. i like this photo sun light made more beautifull, also thanx for yours nice comments about my pic. i cant see your more comments and suggations after long long time. i uplod more pic, still looking towords you needs urs velouable comments. keep it regulers its really helpfull for my improvments. thanx

Hi David,
Beautiful shot of Yerupaja... reminds me of when I was there in 1984. Thanks to the polariser you have great contrasts and I like that big cloud on the left, hovering over the summit.
