President Rodriguez

He was was a politician and Paraguayan general, president of his country since February 3, 1989 until August 15, 1993
He was investigated by the United States on suspicion of drug trafficking, which earned him the distrust of the country for a long time. Rather dedicated to his private business, he owned several companies in Paraguay, including Foreign Currency Exchange
He died in New York on April 21, 1997 at age 73, from liver cancer

There are private guards on cars that not let people walk or drive near or in front of it or...take photos, as everybody told me about it I managed to obtain it half hidden in a corner
