Photographer’s Note
This is my last posting of the pre carnival taken in ASU-PY.
I was sick for more than ten days now, so no photo opportunities were at my reach in the last 10 days. I am slowly recovering, I felt really bad, I could nt sleep for nearly a week.
But I promise to return with new pics soon.
Going back to the picture, I wanted to have in only one picture, two subjects, one dancing with a motion blur and the other one static, or nearly static.
I cropped to focuse the attention on them, and I converted to B/W.
I hope you like it.
K.

Yes I like and I personally think of your series about this theme is the best. The B&W type portrait you have here is better than in colour for me. Contrast, mouvement and a scenery momment shot well taken. Thanks very much for your attention and work, and this is nice of life and daily world!

Very beautiful picture. There is clarity and motion. Good choice for converting to black and white. I like the tight cropping. The composition is great. Very good picture.

Hi Kike. A beautiful add into your series with this vivid and animated photo of the two dancers. The motion blur of the one in the foreground gives a dynamic touch that goes perfectly with the subject of carnival, and composition-wise I also enjoy that one of the dancers is seen in profile, and the other one frontally. Looks fine in b/w. Sorry to learn about your illness, I wish you a speedy recovery.

Hi Cesar, I hope that you'll be pk now.
This is a wonderful b/w capture of motion and rythm, given by the blur of the left dancer. I wonder how it looks in color, although there is a certain special quality in b/w. Good shot, K, be well.

This is so truly excellent! I love it! I love that you've chosen b&w too. Great composition with one blurred and vital in foreground, the other watching and still. Amazing and it makes me feel joyous.
P.S. Me too, I'm not sleeping! Glad you feel better though.

Me encanta el blanco y negro para esta foto. Sin los colores, es mas facil de ver el movimiento, la emocion y el calor. Muy, muy bien hecho.

Wow, Kike, sensual picture this way. Your DoF is excellent, leaving the first lady in blur and focussing on the second.
Very nice B&W work.
I'm sorry to hear that you were ill. Glad you are better now.

Oh, yes Sir, I like it very much, indeed!
This photo actually makes me stand up and jump into the screen to join these two in their dancing trance!
And a very good conversion into b/w, Cesar!

I like it. the effect of the blurr and static made me think that this is a showdown between them the static girl seem thinking " is that all you got?"... this photo is telling me your not really sick. the B&W work nicely and the cropping is really a good idea....rgds

Hope you're feeling better Cesar.
This is a wonderfully energetic capture. I love the tight crop and applaud your choice of black and white. I could imagine a riot of colors distracting from this intense dance experience. Well done.

Hola Cesar,
There are not so many carnival photos posted to TE, so it's nice to see Paraguay has been caught by the fever, your photo shows there's a lot going on with full tempo, nice and quite different from the carnival I'm currently enjoying !
Wouldn't have it been better to keep colors here ? To me colors are an essential element of the carnival !
Thanks for sharing the fever and have a nice day,
Jean-Yves
