Photographer's Note

Most of them disappear, but from a few years ago, they are newly appreciated, because they are well built with thick walls , high tiles roofs , galleries ( all elements to protect from the tropical climate) in Asuncion, the few remained ones, are occupied by law firms, institutes..
While inside the country, is considered a duty to preserve the past and some are used as private houses ( to own one become fashion)

This is a good example of it, exept the bright orange peinture, (must have been white) is well-preserved with plants as decoration and shade, for sure the owners are proud to have it
