First time I've seen a frigate bird roosting. Usually they are in flight (the ones in the Caribbean are not this colourful).
I'd suggest some cropping to get rid of the green bush and to give the bird more prominence.
Also, you could intensify the colours just a little.
In general, a golden rule of bird and animal photography is to make sure the eye is seen and is in sharp focus: often difficult or impossible with black eyes in black faces.

This bird is so striking looking, wow, sitting so proud. I love this bird, but think there is too much brush around him. Thank you for sharing this beautiful creature! Well done.
