This is a frigate bird -- one of the most distinct creatures of the Galapagos Island. Isn't much question as to why!

First time I've seen a frigate bird roosting. Usually they are in flight (the ones in the Caribbean are not this colourful).
I'd suggest some cropping to get rid of the green bush and to give the bird more prominence.
Also, you could intensify the colours just a little.
In general, a golden rule of bird and animal photography is to make sure the eye is seen and is in sharp focus: often difficult or impossible with black eyes in black faces.
