Photographer’s Note
La Basilica del Voto Nacional looms over the Ecuadorian capital. From the bell towers, which measure over 78 meters in height, an intrepid viewer is provided with sweeping 360 degree views of Quito's expanses. Built in the Gothic style, this Roman Catholic church was consecrated only in 1988 and today remains unfinished.

Ciao dear Brian
excellent image that really seems an ancient photo, with a pleasant tonality sepia, that gives us really the feeling of the height of this Basilica. Good definition of the details, you have done a pleasant work, compliments!
Ciao, have a nice day!

Hi Brian, Gothic architecture is so photogenic and here you have captured the beauty of this old church to full effect. I like the slight lens distortion and the seppia toning. Great DOF too. Nice work, thanks for sharing it, Lisa.
