Good shot Mark. Nice colors and a nice composition overall. Personally, I think it might have worked even better had you put her right to the right edge of the frame, leaving all the space on the left, where she is looking. This would have had a benefit IMO of removing what I am guessing are bricks in the background, which are a little distracting to me. I also just tend to like more extreme uses of negative space.

BTW, is that bigfoot I see behind the bricks? ;)

Nice capture Mark,
as Darren, i think the red bricks on background are little disturbing me. I like the position, and the look at left (not at you !) of this girl. Nice DOF and colors.
Regards, hugues

Beautiful picture of a beautiful little girl! I agree with Darren that it would have been better if the girl was at the right edge of the photo... but hey you knew what was on the left! Perhaps something much worse than bricks :) Good shot!

Composition, lumière et DOF vraiment parfaite. L’atmosphère que dégage cette image est sublime. Bravo. Nice shot.

Very lovely picture with much depth. Good DOF and colors, perhaps a bit to central the girl. Well captured, regards Albrecht

HI mark.. Nice picture again! The orange patch is a bit distracting to me but I guess it makes the whole picture a little bit more lively!
By the way - my pic is back :)
regards,
Krzysztof

Nice shot Mark: In my opinion the red in the background is fine since its just the background and its blurred anyway, and it ads some colour to the background. Too much green can be too monotonous.

Daniel

Hi Mark, again,
I missed your gallery before, you seem to have tons of nice picture. This one is really nice, I like how it seems like this girl is in the middle of nowhere, an effect created much by DOF I guess. The greens are beautiful here, and the sharpness is great. I like the high contrast.

Simon

Great focus once again blurring out the background which adds to the depth of the picture.

hhmmm.....i'm probably looking like very silly and a little mad woman saying all the time "beautiful, beautiful, beautiful..."...but I'm Russian and my country is huge and very different, some places are gorgeous, some very calm, but generally Russias colours palette is very diffirent from palette i can see on your photos...also the very different emotions...very different people...thats why i'm just staring at your works for like an hour already....and now after loooong Siberia winter my eyes missing colours...just suck them from your photos...was interesting to look at your Europe photos and specially Armenia, coz it is close to Russia...it is difficult to snap our nature, i haven't seen any really good Russia image and i'm afraid of i will not change this situation being dam bad photographer :) (not being him at all)....so you are really wonderful, thanks, my eyes are feeling so good after time spent with your photos

Great shot, lovely moment, beautifull girl, great scene and perfect lightnin' mood.

really looks superb!

Mark, very sweet picture!! But I have to agree with Darren on the orange pathway. The grass on that edge is very sharp and then cuts quite dramatically to blur. Still, it's a lovely shot.

Regards,
Tracey
