The girl seems not to understand how much the tourists enjoy their trip on top of the train to El Nariz del Diablo (the devil's nose). Allthough sitting on top of the train is a test for your behind, it is a great experience.

hi martin ... this is a beautiful portrait and nice expression capture ... may be a close crop around the face would have accentuated the expression ... it deserved much more comment and critique than this ... cheers ...

wonder what your camera was, looks a lot like film, rather than digital. nevertheless i agree, quite underrated. a decisive moment captured here indeed, i'd perhaps also went with a tighter crop.

good shot Martin, I remember those happy faces and bright colour of the natives. I went by this train 6 years ago and and it was a real fun ride, we didnt arrive at the end due to heavy rains and sliding mountains...a never ending adventure.....thanx for sharing this wonderful shot

Little child with big hat. In our European culture you see hats only on the head of elder people. Today is not anymore fashion here. Nice and funny to see this child and also a good example to understood what cultural difference means.
