Water beneath the fire
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Banos could be called the town of fire and water. Its night sky is often illuminated by the fire of the Tungurahua volcano, a few kilometers from the settlement, while the surrounding valleys are dominated by the waters: there is an abundance of mountain creeks, bringing their white waters towards the Amason basin through an infinity of rapids, cascades and waterfalls.
Technical note: normally with this shutter speed (1/13) it would be better to use a tripod, but I did not have any with me. Fortunately the image stabilizer of the lens was strong enough to get a steady picture.

VEry good photo. In a way a love to see photos of running wather. Long exsposure that gives that silky, etherial look to water. Sense of running.
Good sharpnes of stones positioned in place where they enhance feeling of strength that water had.
Nice work.
