In many places in South America, you'll bump into small bicycle powered stands selling a kind of warm syrupy drink. Based on aloe vera, the drink can be mixed with different herbs and "potions" to cure various ailments.
This man pushes his cart up a hill several miles every day to supply the local volleyball teams and the game spectators with energizing drinks.
